At Dyagnosys Wellbeing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. If you're not happy with our service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

How to Request a Refund

For EU/UK Customers (Paddle)

Your payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. You can request a refund directly through your Paddle account or by contacting:

For Other Regions (Stripe)

For customers outside the EU/UK, payments are processed via Stripe. To request a refund:

  • • Email: support@dyagnosys.com
  • • Include your account email and transaction ID
  • • Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days

Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund:

  • First-time subscriptions within 14 days of purchase
  • Renewal charges if cancelled before the renewal date
  • Technical issues preventing service access (at our discretion)

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Purchases made more than 14 days ago
  • Multiple refund requests from the same account
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations

Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation

Stops future billing but keeps your access until the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime in your Account Settings.

Refund

Returns your payment and immediately ends your subscription access. Only available within 14 days of purchase.

B2B & Enterprise Plans

For organizational subscriptions (Pilot Programs, Enterprise plans), refund terms are specified in your individual agreement. Please refer to your contract or contact your account manager for details.

Our 14-day refund policy complies with consumer protection regulations in the European Union, United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions where we operate:

  • EU/UK: 14-day right of withdrawal as required by consumer law
  • Brazil: 7-day refund right per CDC (Consumer Defense Code), extended to 14 days
  • UAE: Consumer protection per UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020
